Increase awareness of and encourage recruitment for teaching assistants and residential support worker roles.

How did we do it?

The key aim behind these videos was to inspire and encourage people to apply for teaching assistant and residential support worker roles with the Witherslack Group. They therefore needed to not only feel warm and welcoming, but also informative. To get this, we filmed the interviewees in their everyday environments (classrooms and residential areas), allowing them to feel relaxed and able to give an authentic look into how they came to their roles and what day-to-day life looks like. Filming took place over two days at the beautiful Cedar House school, a specialist day and residential school in Lancashire.
