What was the brief?

Increase awareness of and encourage recruitment for speech and language therapists across Witherslack Group schools.

How did we do it?

Filming took place over two days in two of Witherslack’s schools and group homes. The key aim behind these videos was to inspire and encourage speech and language therapists to apply for roles within the Witherslack Group. They therefore needed to not only feel warm and welcoming, but also informative. To get this, we filmed the interviewees in the schools they work in, allowing them to feel relaxed and able to give an authentic look into their roles. We created a hero video focusing on how they got into their roles, how speech and language therapy works within the Witherslack Group, and what they love about working there. This was then supported by individual edits of each therapist which were put out on social media.
