What was the brief?

Produce an onboarding programme on behalf of BMJV for the Lower Thames Crossing project.

How did we do it?

We produced a series of focused videos addressing the core topics required for the induction, including environmental responsibility, community considerations and site safety. These videos are designed to be used as part of a wider, facilitator‑led induction presentation, ensuring key messages are delivered consistently while still allowing for interaction and discussion. Alongside producing the video content, we also provided experienced facilitators to deliver the induction sessions, supporting BMJV in rolling out a clear, engaging and effective onboarding experience for the Lower Thames Crossing workforce.
